The National Bike Challenge wrapped up on September 30th, and with it this year’s Prairie Spirit Trail Challenge, where communities along the trail corridor compete.
This year, Iola once again took home the crown!

- Iola: 17 riders, 26,390 points
- Humboldt: 5 riders, 12,779 points
- Garnett, 1 rider, 1,073 points
- Ottawa, 2 riders, 415 points
Carlyle, Colony, Welda, Richmond, and Princeton had no riders participating.
Looking forward to the 2018 Challenge, and an opportunity for trail towns to step it up.
